Build and manage your client relationships with Individuals, Families, Companies, Trusts and any other type of entity you want. Track One-To-One Relationships such as Mother > Daughter or Father > Son but you can also track One-To-Many Relationships such as Accountant > John Smith, James Brown, Sally Reed etc.

We keep things simple and transparent. Every Adviser CRM user pays the same rate, whether you’re a sole adviser or part of a large group. We don’t offer discounts, because Adviser CRM is already priced competitively.
All features are included in your subscription, with flat-rate pricing for everyone:

No hidden extras. No complicated tiers. You can move between groups or operate independently—your pricing remains the same.
The prices stated here are current as of 1 October 2025 and may change without this article being updated, so please confirm with us if needed. This adjustment reflects our first price increase since launching in 2019.
Data Migrations from other Systems
We are very experienced in migrating data from other industry systems to Adviser CRM such as ;

We can move:
- All your client information
- Notes
- File attachments. You may need to purchase additional file storage, depending on your current storage.
- Policy, Loan, Investment and General Insurance Data
- What ever is in your current system, we will bring over for you.
- After we bring in all your data from another system, we can use our proprietary Data Import Tool (DIT) to import all your insurance policy data from your insurers and bring everything up to date.
There is a one of flat rate cost of $750 + GST per database. Most of the time, we need to move 1 database but in some cases we have migrated 3 data bases from 3 different systems into Adviser CRM so the migration cost was $750 + GST x 3.
Free Mobile App
Take everything with you when you’re out of the office. Make phone calls from the app which get logged into the client history for future auditing. You can send emails, look up policies and loans. Everything is updated in “real time”. If your assistant updates your client information in the office, it is updated on your app instantly and vice versa.
Synchronisation your Calendar with Outlook or Google Calendar.
