Simple Pricing

We have a simple and transparent pricing plan. Everyone gets the same price regardless of whether you are out on your own or whether you are part of a large group. We don’t give discounts, because Adviser CRM is already discounted.

Originally, we launched Adviser CRM at $195 + GST per user per month, and if you were with a group, you would get a discount to $155 + GST per user per month, but the problem we had was if the adviser left the group, they would lose the discount, and that is a difficult conversation to have.

We decided to change to flat rate pricing for everyone at $155 + GST per adviser per month and $90 + GST per admin/pa per month. Nice and simple and you can move groups or you could be out on your own, you get the flat rate pricing.

The pricing stated in this article is as at 21st December 2024 and may be subject to change without this article being updated, so please check with us. We have not move our pricing since we launched 4 years ago, in fact we reduced our pricing! but at some stage, costs and inflation will have its way and we will have to review our pricing model.

Data Migrations from other Systems

We are very experienced in migrating data from other industry systems to Adviser CRM such as Xplan, Trail, myCRM, Adviser Assistant

We can move:

  • All your client information
  • Notes
  • File attachments. You may need to purchase additional file storage, depending on your current storage.
  • Policy, Loan, Investment and General Insurance Data
  • What ever is in your current system, we will bring over for you.
  • After we bring in all your data from another system, we can use our proprietary Data Import Tool (DIT) to import all your insurance policy data from your insurers and bring everything up to date.

There is a one of flat rate cost of $650 + GST per database. Most of the time, we need to move 1 database but in some cases we have migrated 3 data bases from 3 different systems into Adviser CRM so the migration cost was $650 + GST x 3.

Free Mobile App

Take everything with you when you’re out of the office.  Make phone calls from the app which get logged into the client history for future auditing.  You can send emails, look up policies and loans.  Everything is updated in “real time”.  If your assistant updates your client information in the office, it is updated on your app instantly and vice versa.

Synchronisation your Calendar with Outlook or Google Calendar.
